Our Service Policies

responsibility for the contents of your computer's hard
disk unless prior arrangements for backup have been made. |
Regular hard disk backups are an important part of
responsible computer ownership. We assume that, prior to
submitting your system for repair -- no matter what the
problem -- you have taken the simple precaution of performing
a backup of your computer's hard disk. In the event that you
have not done so, please let us know immediately and we will
backup your hard disk for you as part of the repair service.
Warranty
Equipment whose repair is covered under manufacturer's
warranty requires proof of purchase for warranty repair. Costs
for the repair of equipment whose warranty status is denied by
the manufacturer is your responsibility.
We warrant replacement parts we supply against failure for
30 days following any repair. If problems related to the
original repair recur during the warranty period, the part(s)
will be repaired or replaced at our expense.
Any replacement parts you may have provided will be
installed, if necessary, but are not warranted by ExTek
Computer Services.
Pick-up & Delivery
We can arrange for next day equipment delivery or pick-up
to and from your Location for a Nominal Trip Fee.
Payment
All Services (along with applicable sales tax) may be paid
for by cash or check (made payable to ExTek Computer
Services). Returned Checks may incur a $25.00 processing fee.
Services must be paid for at the time that picked up or
Delivery.
